IF YOU CALL THE OFFICE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL BE REFERRERD BACK TO THIS WEBSITE. FURTHERMORE, IF YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE CALLED BACK.
Initial consultations are not free. You will be expected to pay $300 at the time of the consultation.
If you would like to schedule an initial consultation, please enter the information requested below. You will be directed to another page which requests a few more details necessary to rule out potential conflicts of interest. From there you will arrive at a calendar which allows you to select the date and time of your appointment. This service is not only convenient for our clients, but it allows members of Schultz Family Law to dedicate more time to meeting client needs and less time fielding telephone calls.
BEFORE YOU COMPLETE THIS FORM, PLEASE TAKE NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. This form is only to be used by individuals who intend to schedule an appointment through the website. If you do not schedule an appointment, you will not be contacted by Schultz Family Law.
2. Please do not complete this form if:
a. Your matter includes protection from abuse; Schultz Family Law does not handle matters involving protection from abuse or protection from harassment matters.
b. Your matter is not in Androscoggin, Cumberland, Sagadahoc, or York County.
c. Your matter is likely to involve a battle about where your minor children will live. Schultz Family Law handles divorces which include minor children but not cases in which the parents are fighting about the children.
3. When you schedule an appointment, a Schultz Family Law staff person will contact you for additional information. If the staff person does not receive a response within 48 hours, your appointment will be cancelled with no further notice, and you may be unable to schedule another appointment.
4. Strict Rule about “No Shows”: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may easily do so through the calendar application. If you simply do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged, but you will no longer be accepted as a client of Schultz Family Law.
